Lila Hotalen Schmidt

Mrs. Lila Hotalen Schmidt, 88, wife of F. Victor Schmidt and a resident of Cherrystone, VA, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox, VA. She was a member of Holmes Presbyterian Church, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Citizens for a Better Eastern Shore. A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 23, 2012 at 3:30 pm at Holmes Presbyterian Church with Reverend Eugene Soud officiating. A reception will follow in the adjoining Rosebro Building. Memorial contributions may be made to Holmes Presbyterian Church, Box 258, Cheriton, VA 23316 or to Hospice of the Eastern Shore, 165 Market Street, Suite 3, Onancock, VA 23417.
