Kathy Powers Betts, 66, a resident of Quinby, VA, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at her residence. A native of Quinby, she was the daughter of the late William E. Powers and the late Pauline Bell Powers. She was a former member of Quinby Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by three sons, Roland Stevens, Jr. of Quinby, Joseph Mark Stevens of California, Elvis Presley Stevens of Quinby; a brother, Edwin Dale Powers of Quinby; a sister, Patty Williams of Concord Wharf, VA and two granddaughters, Ashley Stevens and Skyler Stevens, both of Atlantic, VA.
A graveside service will be conducted Friday, January 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Hollies Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Rob Kelly officiating. Flowers will be accepted.
