Kathryn West Lewis

Mrs. Kathryn West Lewis, 93, wife of the late Dr. Warren Lewis and a resident of Parksley, passed away Sunday evening at the Hermitage in Onancock. A native of Pungoteague, she was the daughter of the late Berkley L. West and the late Elizabeth Shrieves West. Mrs. Lewis was a retired secretary for ANEC and was a member of St. George's Episcopal Church. Survivors include a niece, Ann Dunton Rice and her husband Jimmy of Glen Allen; two nephews, Ernest L. Dunton, III and his wife Peggy of Hampton and Robert W. Dunton and his wife Pam of Exmore, and several great and great great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11:00am from the graveside of Hollies Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Joe McKnight officiating.
