K. Ray Charnock

March 29, 1934 — March 1, 2006

Mr. K. Ray Charnock, 71, husband of June Duer Charnock and a resident of Belle Haven passed away Wednesday March 1, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Charnock, a native of Willis Wharf, he was the son of the late Alonza Charnock and the late Edith Crockett Charnock. He was a member of Belle Haven United Methodist Church, member and Past Master of Broadwater Masonic Lodge #71 AF&AM, Khedive Temple Shrine, Norfolk, Va. and Exmore Moose Lodge #683. Other than his wife survivors include, two sons, Ken Charnock of Belle Haven, VA, Brian Charnock and his wife Betty Lou of Machipongo, VA, a sister, Carolyn C. Ralph of Laurel, DE, six grandchildren; K.C., Kimberly, Jacob, Tyler, Justin and Shelby Charnock. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday March 5, 2005 at 2:00 PM in Belle Haven United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Robert Schoeman and the Rev. Jack D. Pruitt. Interment will follow in the Belle Haven Cemetery. Family will join friends at the Doughty Funeral Home Saturday evening from 7 to 8:30. Memorials may be made to Shore Cancer Center, P.O.
