Justin Carter Bradshaw

Justin Carter Bradshaw, 21, a resident of Harborton, died Friday, January 19, 2007 as a result of an automobile accident near Onley. A native of Wachapreague, he is the son of Vincent Bradshaw and his wife Jamie of Tangier, Va. and Mary Bradshaw and her fiance` Joe Ratcliff of Harborton, Va. He was a construction worker employed by Larry Custis. Other than his parents, he is survived by a sister, Rebecca Lynn Bradshaw of Harborton, Va.; brothers, Michael Wesley Bradshaw also of Harborton, Va., Jeremiah and Jonathan Ratcliff of Quinby, Va.; four aunts, Lynn Hudgins and her husband Billy of Virginia Beach, Va., Bonnie L. Briggs of Virginia Beach, Jenny Hattorff of Mechanicsville, Va., and Frances Bryant and her husband William also of Mechanicsville; three uncles, Roy Briggs and his wife Denise of Jupiter, Fla., Jim Briggs and his wife Linda of Virginia Beach, Eugene Bradshaw and his wife Judy of Onley, Va.; and a dear friend, Kyle Bundick of Harborton. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ruth "Bootie" Briggs and Royall "Carter" Briggs and his paternal grandparents, Carroll V. Bradshaw and Ella M. Bradshaw. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at 3:30 pm from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with the Rev. Carmen Colona and the Rev. Bobby Carroll Huether officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Haven Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to a local fire and rescue company of your choice.
