Joyce Hinman Horner

Mrs. Joyce Hinman Horner, 71, of Cape Charles died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at Heritage Hall Health Care in Nassawadox.

A native of Eastville, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Evelyn Mears Hinman. Mrs. Horner was a member of Eastville Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by her husband, Clifton William Horner. Mrs. Horner is survived by four children, Barbara Hall and her husband, Billy of Oyster, Wayne Moore and his wife Mary Ann of Cherrystone, Buddy Horner of Minneapolis, Minn., and Geroge Horner and his wife, Helen of Smiley, Texas; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Graveside services were conducted Friday, Feb. 4, at Eastville Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Randy E. Lewis. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Eastern Shore, P.O. Box 316, Parksley, Va. 23421.

Arrangements were made by Wilkins-Doughty Funeral Home, Cape Charles.
