Jon P. Satterfield

Jon Philip Satterfield, 67, husband of Barbara J. Sedlak Satterfield and a resident Horntown, VA, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Shore Health & Rehab Center in Parksley, VA. A native of Covington, KY, he was the son of the late John Q. Satterfield and the late Betty Rae Taylor Satterfield. Mr. Satterfield was a retired salesman for Makita Power Tools. He loved and had a passion for music as a DJ, guitar player, and lead vocalist for his band Night Watch.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Jon Philip Satterfield, Jr. of Maryland, and Kyle Taylor Satterfield of Horntown; many brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. As he was an avid animal lover, please make donations to your local SPCA or to the ASPCA.
