Johnnie Blaine West

Johnnie Blaine "Bull of the Woods" West, 57, a resident of Painter, VA, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of West Virginia, he was the son of the late James Marion West and the late Myrtle Linn Stoeckert. Mr. West was a carpenter and carpet installer. He is survived by four children, John West, Jr. of New York, Erika West of New York, Kelly West (Druw Smith) of Painter, VA and Joey West (Valerie Mears) of Belle Haven, VA; three grandchildren, Antoinette West (Daylon Jones), Kareem Barker and Johnaija Barker, all of New York; one great grandchild, Daylon Jones, Jr. of New York; one sister, Terrie Buege (husband, Danny) of Eastville, VA; one brother, James "Scottie" West (Theresa Spady) of Cape Charles, VA; nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; as well as, many other family members and friends.
