John Howard Brunk

Mr. John Howard Brunk, 41, husband of Sheila Ann Bureski Brunk and a resident of Jamesville, Virginia, died Thursday, March 16, 2006 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the son of David A. Brunk and Judith Gabbard Brunk of Jamesville. He spent most of his life as a commercial fisherman and for the past two years as an owner operator, over the road truck driver. He was a member of the Owner Operator Independent Driver's Association. Other than his wife and parents, he is survived by two step-children, Jesse Hoopes and John Robert McGoldrick both of Malvern, Pa.; a sister, Paula E. Larivee of Virginia Beach, Va.; a brother, Russell D. Brunk and wife Gina of Jamesville,; a nephew, Walter D. Brunk; a niece, Kasey L. Brunk both of Jamesville; and two grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 1:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with the Rev. Tammy Estep officiating.
