John Russell Brown

John Russell Brown, 74, husband of the late Edith M. Brown and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at his residence. Born February 4, 1939, in Oakland, MD, he was the son of the late Russell H. Brown and the late Ruth C. Brown. He graduated from W.V.U. and University of Baltimore Law School. He retired after many years with Allstate Insurance. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors, especially fishing. He is survived by two daughters, Joyce K. Brown of Atlanta, GA, and Monica A. Brown of Chicago, IL. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, 383 Main Avenue, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851.
