Jerry F. Hartman Jr.

Jerry Franklin Hartman Jr.,50, husband of Teresa Godsey Hartman and a resident of Accomac, VA, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011. A native of Onancock, VA, he was the son of Jerry F. Hartman Sr. and Virginia Arnold Hartman of Onancock. He was a shop foreman for Accomack County Public Schools, a member of Onancock Baptist Church, and former member and EMT for Onancock Volunteer Fire Company. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Kyle Godsey Hartman of Accomac; two brothers, Michael Hartman of Washington, DC, and James Hartman and his wife, Amy of Accomac; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Winston "Red" Godsey and Gloria Godsey of Accomac; sister-in-law, Barbara G. Talbert and her husband, William of Lynchburg, VA; three nieces, Danielle Talbert, Kristen Hartman, and Anna Hartman; and a nephew, Benjamin Talbert. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, June 3, 2011 at the Onancock Baptist Church with Pastor Sean McKenzie and Pastor James W. Kellam officiating.
