Janet Lee Dowd, 62, wife of Bruce Alan Dowd and a resident of Chincoteague, VA, passed away Friday, December 4, 2015 at her residence. A native of Parkersburg, WV, she was the daughter of Bernard Hopkins and Wilma Burton Hopkins.
