James Waldon Foxwell, Jr.

James Waldon Foxwell, Jr., 67, husband of Candy Foxwell and a resident of Painter, VA, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Cambridge, MD, he was the son of the late James W. Foxwell and the late Onaliu Oneita Willey Foxwell. He was a United States Navy Seabee Veteran, retired electrician, parrot breeder and manufacturer of parrot toys.
To honor his wishes no public service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Peninsula Caged Bird Society, c/o Brenda Brown, 161 Indian Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
