Iris Anne Higbee Clemente

Iris Anne Higbee Clemente, 77, of Willis Wharf, VA, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital. A native of Hog Island, VA, she was the daughter of the late Randolph Higbee and the late Annie Lilliston Higbee. She attended Colonial Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Joseph R. Clemente of Patchogue, NY, and Thomas F. Clemente and his wife, Valerie, of Canyon Country, CA; a sister, Ruth Carson of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren, Tommy, Marissa, Jessica, Joseph, and Nicholas. She was predeceased by a sister, Gloria Shackelford. A graveside service will be held Monday, January 30, 2012, at 2:00 PM at the Belle Haven Cemetery with Rev. Jack D. Pruitt officiating.
