Iris Ann Brooks

Iris Ann Brooks, 49, of Greensboro, MD., formerly of Cape Charles, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2007 at the home of her brother where she had resided for the past two years. A native of Cape Charles, Miss Brooks is the daughter of Iris Bell Brooks of Denton, MD. and the late Howard E. Brooks, Sr. Other than her mother, she is survived by a brother, the Rev. Dr. Howard E. Brooks, Jr. & his wife Cynthia of Greensboro, MD., three nephews; H. Edward Brooks, III and Andrew William Brooks, both of Salisbury, MD., and James Hilton Brooks of Denver, CO., a uncle, Surry Bell & his wife Beverly of Birdsnest, VA. Funeral services will be conducted Monday February 26, 2007 at 2:00 pm from the graveside of Cape Charles Cemetery with the Rev. Paul H. Sherwood officiating.
