Irene Moyano Hickman

Mrs. Irene Moyano Hickman, 61, wife of John L. "Jack" Hickman and a resident of Cape Charles, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2008 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Luis Moyano Rojo and the late Irene Gomez-Castro. Other than her husband, she is survived by three sons, John L. Hickman, III and his wife Trudy, Randall Luis Hickman, both of Cape Charles, VA., Justin Gregory Hickman and his wife Devon of Wattsville, Va.; two sisters, Anita Moyano Wilson and her husband Bill of Cape Charles, Francesca Moyano Gomez of Alicante, Spain; a brother, Luis Moyano of Eastville, Va.; four grandchildren, John L. Hickman, IV, Shannon M. Hickman, Randall L. Hickman, Jr., and Cassidy Paige Hickman. Mrs. Hickman was predeceased by two sisters, Africa Moyano Gomez and Maria Moyano Gomez. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 4:30 PM from the graveside of Cape Charles Cemetery with Father J. Michael Breslin and Rev. Jeff Conrow officiating.
