James Craig Parks, Jr., infant son of James Craig Parks and Heather Marie Jones of Exmore, VA, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. In additional to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Brianna Parks of Exmore; a brother, Jordan Jones, of Exmore; maternal grandparents, Sarah Jones of Exmore and Kevin Jones of Bloomsburg, PA; paternal grandparents, Ethel Barrett Parks and Harley David Parks, Sr. of Exmore and numerous aunts and uncles.
