Infant Victor M. Garced III

Infant Victor Manuel Garced, III of Exmore, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the age of 15 weeks gestation at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox. He was the son of Victor M. Garced, Jr. and Christian Hemphill of Exmore. Other than his parents he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Becky Powell and her husband Eddie Brady of Cheriton, Va., Bill Hemphill of Machipongo, Va; paternal grandparents, Elizabeth Garced and her husband Victor M. Garced, Sr. of Exmore, Va.; and also numerous aunts and uncles.
