Heywood Wallace

William Heywood Wallace, 85, of Quinby passed away Thursday morning at his residence. A native of Quinby, he was the son of the late William Oscar Wallace and the late Bessie Bell Wallace. Mr. Wallace attended Smith Chapel United Methodist Church. He was a member of Ocean Masonic Lodge #116 AF&AM and Eastern Shore Shrine Club. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Boole Wallace, two children; Gary P. Wallace and his wife Michele of Quinby and Faye Wallace Nock and her husband Tom of Quinby. Seven grandchildren; Thomas Bradley Nock, Rachelle Beth Nock, Gary Page Wallace, Jr., Courtney Lynn Wallace, William Walter Wallace, Michele Lynn Reed and Jennifer Lynn Reed. Mr. Wallace was predeceased by a brother, Curtis B. Wallace. A funeral will be held Saturday at 2:00pm from the graveside of the Quinby Cemetery, with the Rev. Sallye E. H. Bowen officiating.
