Harry L. "Buddy" Killmon, Jr.

Harry L. Killmon, Jr., better known as Buddy, 72, a resident of Jamesville, VA, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2011 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. A native of Jamesville, he was the son of the late Harry L. Killmon and the late Margaret Richardson Killmon. Mr. Killmon was retired from the Virginia Department of Transportation and a member of the Exmore Moose Lodge #683 and Bethel United Methodist Church. He is survived by one sister, Barbara K. Gaskill of Jamesville; two nephews, Richard M. Gaskill III and his wife, Cindie, of Painter, VA and Stephen S. Gaskill and his wife, Linda, of Pungoteague, VA and one great nephew, Richard M. Gaskill IV and his wife, Kelly, of Onancock, VA. A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore, VA with Reverend Judith Worthington officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Haven Cemetery. Family will join friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 at the Doughty Funeral Home.
