Grace B. Shreaves

Grace Bloxom Shreaves, 88, wife of the late Alwood Lee Shreaves, Sr., and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 at her residence. A native of Mappsville, VA, she was the daughter of the late Selby G. Bloxom and the late Mattie Northam Bloxom. She owned and operated the Charm Shoppe in Exmore for 65 years and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She is survived by one brother, Daniel S. Bloxom of Smyrna, DE; one niece, Patricia Musto, also of Smyrna; one great nephew, Kevin Musto; one great niece, Amy Musto; and the Shreaves nieces and nephews, Betsy S. Cousins of Powhatan, VA, Patricia Redican of Hatboro, PA, Suzanne H. Henderson of Florence, OR, Otto B. Shreaves, Jr. of West Point, VA, Gregory B. Shreaves of Wyomissing, PA, and Cynthia A. Shreaves of Baltimore, MD; two step-grandchildren, Melissa Dasig and Michelle Moore. She was predeceased by a son, Alwood Lee Shreaves, Jr., her sister, Audrey B. Passwaters, and family member, Kenneth M. Northam. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, June 10, 2012 at the Doughty Funeral Home with Pastor Raymond McGarr officiating.
