Grace Aldous Kelly

Grace Aldous Kelly, 94, wife of the late James A. Kelly, Jr., and a resident of Red Bank, VA, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at her residence. A native of London, England, she was the daughter of the late Vivian C. Aldous and the late Grace Pentney Aldous. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.
She is survived by three children, Pamela Kelly of Bridgetown, VA, Jan Snyder (Phil) of Nassawadox, VA, Jimmy Kelly (Suzanne) of Red Bank; a brother, Frederick Aldous (Doreen) of Harlow, England; a sister, Pat Gritt (Jack) of Peterborough, England; two grandchildren, Kate S. Lacks (Shawn) of Cheriton, VA and Nathan Snyder (Jeannie) of Nassawadox; a great-granddaughter, Caroline River Lacks. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, James A. Kelly, III, a brother, Vivie Aldous and a sister, Pamela Aldous.
A graveside service will be conducted Friday, July 15, 2016, at 2:00 PM at Red Bank Baptist Church Cemetery in Marionville with Rev. Mike Muender officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Maranatha Baptist Church, P. O. Box 1423, Exmore, VA 23350.
