Gloria Faye Barrett

Gloria Faye Barrett, 58, of Exmore, VA, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. A native of Townsend, VA, she was the daughter of the late Richard Barrett and the late Gloria Small Barrett. Faye was a retired Postmaster Relief for the Capeville Post Office and a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister, Ethel B. Parks and her husband, David, Sr., of Exmore; a brother, Ricky Barrett and his wife, Tammy, of Granite Falls, NC; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Maranatha Baptist Church with Reverend Michael Muender officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Maranatha Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1423, Exmore, VA 23350 or to Riverside Shore Cancer Center, P.O. Box 17, Nassawadox, VA 23413.
