Gilbert C. "Gil" Zeltwanger, Jr.

Gilbert C."Gil" Zeltwanger, Jr., 82, husband of the late Verna Lucille Smith Zeltwanger and a resident of Concord Wharf, VA, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of York, PA, he was the son of the late Gilbert C. Zeltwanger and the late Ann Arnold Zeltwanger. He was a retired engineer for Wyeth Laboratories. He was best known for his love of fishing and gardening and his sense of humor. He is survived by three children, Donna Peirson and her husband, Chris, of North East, MD, Tom Zeltwanger and his wife, Deb, of Warrenton, VA, Cindy Connery and her husband, Brian, of Glen Mills, PA; two sisters, Alverta M. Snyder of Dover, PA, Beezie St. Onge of York, PA; and two grandsons, Skyler Connery and Brian Connery, Jr. To honor his requests, no public services will be held.
