George T. Coutts, Jr.

George T. Coutts, Jr., 86, husband of Rita Aiello Coutts and a resident of Machipongo passed away Friday November 18, 2005 at his residence. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Coutts was the son of the late George T. Coutts and the late Electra Clayton Coutts. He was a member of the Coast Guard Auxillary Flotilla #12-02, Painter, Va. and the U.S. Power Squadron. Other than his wife, Mr. Coutts is survived by four children; Bonnie M. Mintz of Smithtown, N.Y., George Thompson Coutts, III and his wife Gail of Spokane, Wash., Dodd T. Coutts and his wife Fran of San Diego, Ca., Cathie Smith and her husband David of Cape Cod, Mass., eight grandchildren; Jodie, Todd, Heather, Autumn, Dodd, Kevin, Jessica and Josh and nine grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday December 3, 2005 at 3:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with Deacon Rev. Don Donovan officiating.
