Gail Szatny

Mrs. Priscilla Gail Szatny, 62, wife of John Joseph Szatny and a resident of Cheriton passed away Saturday August 5, 2006 at her residence. A native of Philadelphia, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Frank Kushner and the late Priscilla McCord Kushner. Mrs. Szatny was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church. Other than her husband, she is survived by a son, John L. Szatny of Cheriton, Va., a daughter, Kimberly D. Bailey and her husband Jackie Lee of Seaview, Va. five step children; John J. Szatny, Jr., Michael Szatny and Lori Garafolo all of New Jersey, Chris Szatny of New York and Greg Szatny of Pa. A sister, Betty Ann Marciano of Montana and two brothers; Frank and Michael Kushner, both of New Jersey and seventeen grandchildren. A private service will be held at a later date with Father J. Michael Breslin officiating. Memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Szatny may be made to St. Charles Catholic Church, 545 Randolph Ave., Cape Charles, Virginia 23310.
