Franklin Henry Ulrich, Sr.

Mr. Franklin Henry Ulrich, Sr., 59, of Capeville, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at his residence. A native of Northampton County, he was the son of the late Sylvester Owen Ulrich of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and Norma Powell Ulrich of Seaview, Va. He was employed by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel as an electrical operator with over 32 years of service. He was a member of Travis Chapel United Methodist Church. Other than his mother, he is survived by his wife, Nancy Parks Ulrich of Capeville, Va., two children, Franklin Henry Ulrich, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Accomac, Va., Sarah Lynn Ulrich and her fiance` Kyle Bowden of Virginia Beach, Va.; two sisters, Margaret Ann Ulrich of Seaview, Va., Norma Jean Lassiter of Eastville, Va.; three grandchildren, Stacy Alise and William Henry Ulrich and Owen Shane Bowden; and several nieces and nephews. Other than his father, he was predeceased by a sister, Bonnie Sue Collins. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 6th at 2:00 PM from the Cape Charles Rescue Service with the Rev.
