Frank H. Hope, Sr.

Mr. Francis Howard "Frank" Hope, Sr., 83, husband of the late Violet Colonna Hope and a resident of Marionville passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at Heritage Hall Health Care in Nassawadox, Virginia. A native of Cape Charles, he was the son of the late Herbert Lee Hope and the late Beaulah Merrill Hope. He was retried from the Conrail and was a member of the Coast Guard Auxillary and the Exmore Moose Lodge #683. Mr. Hope is survived by two sons, Frank H. Hope, Jr. and his wife Gillian of Richmond, Va., Keith Hamilton Hope of Virginia Beach, Va.; a step-daughter, Rebecca C. Dove and her husband Tim of Portsmouth, Va.; a step-son, George H. Colonna and his wife Dee of Onley, Va.; a brother, Johnny A. Hope of Mechanicsville, Va.; four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Graveside of Cape Charles Cemetery with the Rev. John Burr officiating.
