Evelyn Gaskins Plummer

Evelyn Gaskins Plummer, 93, wife of the late Harrison Eugene Plummer and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC. A native of Wattsville, VA, she was the daughter of the late William Gaskins and the late Cecilia Brittingham Gaskins. She was an end of the line worker for Wyeth Pharmaceutical Labs in West Chester, PA and attended Maranatha Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Lynn Plummer of Exmore; a son, Kenneth E. Plummer and his wife, Terry, of Chester Springs, PA; a daughter-in-law, Sue Cerrito and her husband, Larry, of Gilbertsville, PA; four grandchildren, Thomas Plummer and his fiancée, Kim Caton, of Downingtown, PA, Jamie Kline and his wife, Theresa, of Tasley, VA, Robert "Bobby" Kline and his wife, Eileen, of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Karen Plummer and her husband, Kevin Weber, of Limerick, PA; one great granddaughter, Katie Weber of Limerick; three step great grandchildren, Elizabeth Jennings, Ryan Jennings, Ashlee Jennings, all of Fuquay-Varina; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Maranatha Baptist Church with Reverend R. Michael Muender, Reverend Joe McKnight and Mr. Kemmie Dize officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Haven Cemetery.
