Emily Mears Parker

Emily Mears Parker, 86, wife of the late John Edward Parker and a resident of Nassawadox, VA, formerly of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. A native of Townsend, VA, she was the daughter of the late Ray Thomas Mears and Elizabeth Whitehead Mears. She retired from Heritage Hall Heathcare. She is survived by a son, John Thomas Parker and his wife, Frances, of Machipongo, VA; four nieces, Edith M. Mears of Red Bank, VA, Mammie Gaskill of Cape Charles, Kathy Parks of Simpkins Siding, VA, Laura Lewis Sink of Bassett, VA; a nephew, A. T. Hall and his wife, Lisa, of Virginia Beach, VA.
