Edna Louise Roff

Edna Louise Roff, 94, of Concord Wharf, VA, formerly of Head of Harbor, NY, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at her home. A native of Winsted, Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Peter Eli Shields and Adelaide Mary Shields. Survivors include her husband of over 74 years, George Francis Roff, three daughters, Barbara Louise Schwegerl and husband Adam of Concord Wharf, Linda Louise Daugherty and her husband Donald of Louisville, Kentucky, Georgann Frances Viscome and her husband Michael of Fulton, New York, a brother, Herbert Shields and his wife Natalie, of Walton, New York, six grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 11:00 am in Red Bank Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. William Nieporte officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Bank Cemetery.
