Doris S. Lambertson

Mrs. Doris Savage Lambertson, 79, wife of Samuel E. Lambertson and a resident of Cheriton, passed away Friday, June 24, 2005 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox. A native of Parksley, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur Hyslop Savage and the late Leila McCready Savage. Other than her husband, Mrs. Lambertson is survived by a daughter, Linda Glasson of Portsmouth, Va., a son, Robert James Glasson of Richmond, Va., a step-daughter, Katherine L. Holloway of Salisbury, Md., three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Mrs. Lambertson was pre-deceased by her first husband, William R. Glasson, and a step-son, Robert Lambertson. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 27, 2005 at 2:00 PM from the graveside of Cape Charles Cemetery with Father J. Michael Breslin officiating.
