Diane Ellyse Winters Browne, 88, wife of the late Harris W.C. Browne, Jr., passed away Monday, July 1, 2019, at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her sister, Elaine Kniskern, and brother, Bill Winters. She leaves behind three children: Garlan Quiroz, Charrie Cook and Tabet Browne. Their grandchildren: Agnetha, Brigitte, Leslie, Logan, and Dillon. Great grandchildren: Scarlett and Madison.
Born and raised in Port Chester, NY in December 1930 she graduated Plainfield, NJ High School and attended Mary Washington University. She studied horticulture, loved landscaping, plants and all things in nature.
She was a Witness for Jehovah for more than 60 years, 43 years of which she lived in Guatemala as a field missionary, helping people better their lives by studying the Bible.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019, at 1:00 PM, in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 18308 Lankford Highway, Parksley, VA.
