Delma Virginia Lewis, 90, wife of the late Cecil T. Lewis, Sr. and a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Machipongo, VA, she was the daughter of the late Allen E. Outten, Sr. and the late Alice Catherine Richardson Outten. She was a homemaker and member of Cape Charles Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Deloris Carstens and her companion, David Thornes, of Cheriton, VA; two sisters, Dorothy Outten Carr of Suffolk, VA, Patricia Outten Carr of Suffolk; three grandsons, Johnny L. Carstens of Cheriton, Matthew D. Carstens of Poquoson, VA, Ted Lewis of Virginia Beach, VA; one great granddaughter, Jennifer Howard; three great grandsons, Joshua Carstens, Billy Carstens, Will Carstens and one great great granddaughter, Harley Cheyenne Carstens. She was predeceased by a son, Cecil T. Lewis, Jr. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Red Bank Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Randy E.
