Debra Jean Brady, 62, of Townsend, VA, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015 at her residence. A native of Cheriton, VA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Brady, Sr. and the late Doris Mae Hinman Brady.
She is survived by two children, Tammy M. Collier of Machipongo, VA, John E. Brady III and his wife, Becky Hemphill, of Cherrystone, VA; two brothers, Samuel Brady and his wife, Louise, of Capeville, VA, Dan Brady of Cape Charles, VA; a sister, Bettie Riggin and her husband, Vincent, of Oyster, VA; six grandchildren, Brandon Nichols, Ashley Nichols, Steven Kanuck, Cody Nicholas Brady, Harley Nicole Brady, Christian Hope Hemphill and one great granddaughter, Alaine Renae Brady. She was predeceased by three sisters, Marie Willis, Beulah Elliott and Maryellen Birch.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Full Gospel Church with Reverend Randy Lewis officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to S.P.C.A. Animal Shelter, Post Office Box 164, Onley, VA 23418.
