David Wayne Van Natter

Mr. David Wayne Van Natter, 56, of Cheriton, died Thursday, August 2, 2007 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox. A native of Norfolk, Virginia, he was the son of the late Elvington and Martita Thornton Van Natter. Mr. Van Natter was serving in the United States Merchant Marines. He is survived by a daughter, Beverly Van Natter of Norfolk, Va., two step-children, Kim Early and Kenneth Frisby, both of Cheriton, Va., two sisters, Gladys Mapp of Louisville, Ky., and Lisa Franko of Cheriton, Va.; a brother, Todd Van Natter of Cheriton; and six grandchildren, Jeremie, Justin, Amber, Cindy, Chelsea, Matthew, and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, August 6th at 2:00 PM from the First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Joe Strock officiating.
