Daryl Melson

Mr. R. Daryl Melson, 49, a resident of Belle Haven, Virginia, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005 at his residence. A native of Davis Wharf, he was the son of the late Richard Penn Melson & Rosa Dennis Melson of Davis Wharf. A Memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Davis Wharf Marina with the Rev. Kenneth T. Armstrong officiating. Other than his mother he is survived by his wife Karen Gray Melson, a daughter, Courtney Gray Melson of Belle Haven, Va., a son, Hunter Davis Melson of Arlington, Va., a brother J. Dennis Melson and his wife Polly of Belle Haven, a granddaughter, Katelyn Gray Leatherbury.
