Clarence Newton Broyles, Jr., 80, better known as Pee Wee, husband of Rintha Capps Broyles and a resident of Seaview, VA, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013, at his residence. A native of Norfolk,VA, he was the son of the late Clarence N. Broyles, Sr. and the late Annie Elizabeth Shipp Broyles. He was a retired mechanic for Campbell Bros. Garage and was a Methodist. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Deborah Ann Eder of Machipongo, VA, Robin Laverne Brownley of Cape Charles, VA; three grandchildren, Christopher Lee Brittingham, Melissa Ann Jones, Jason Andrew Brittingham; and numerous great-grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, December 15, 2013, at 2:00 PM at the Oyster Harbor Boat Ramp, Crumb Hill Road, Oyster, VA, with Reverend Elizabeth A. Lutz officiating.
