Charles Herbert Milbourn Sr.

Charles H. Milbourn, Sr., 86, and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox, VA. He was the son of the late James Milbourn and the late Edna Hamilton Milbourn. He retired from the U.S. Navy and was a member of Exmore Baptist Church. He is survived by nine children, Betty Jean Reynolds, James Pearl Milbourn, William Thomas Milbourn, Robert Michael Milbourn, Charles H. Milbourn Jr., Virginia Louise Milbourn, Virginia L. Milbourn, Henry Edward Milbourn, and Christian Therese Milbourn; a sister, Virginia Milbourn Kay; a sister-in-law, Marion Milbourn; eleven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service with American Legion honors will be held Saturday, June 16, 2012, at 6:00 PM at Exmore Baptist Church with Pastor Jonathan Carpenter officiating.
