Charles Grubbs

Charles Luther Grubbs II, 61, husband of Tracy L. Grubbs and a resident of Cape Charles, VA, formerly of Ocean City, MD, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at his residence. A native of Prince Georges County, MD, he was the son of Irene Mayer Grubbs Richardson of Vero Beach, FL and the late Charles L. Grubbs. He was a retired plumber. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Kathy Giovannetti and her husband, Michael, of Ocean City, MD, Charles L. Grubbs III and his wife, Chrystal, of Delmar, DE, Jonathan Grubbs of Wayson's Corner, MD; three sisters, Karen Edwards and her husband, Ray, of Venice, FL, Pamela I. Jacobs and her husband, Wayne, of Charlotte Hall, MD, Penny Chiarizia and her fiancé, Tom Parry, of White Post, VA; a brother, John Ball and his wife, Donna, of Harmony, PA; and numerous grandchildren.
