Carol Ann Tomison

Carol Ann Tomison, 55, a resident of Silver Beach, died Monday Jan. 24, 2005 in a fire at her home. Her companion also perished in the fire.

A native of London, England, Mrs. Tomison was the daughter of Irene Lawson Tomison of West York, England and the late Charles Tomison. She was a case manager for the Community Services Board of Exmore.

A funeral service will be held today Jan. 29 at 1 p.m. at Doughty Funeral Home, Exmore. The Rev. Patricia Kellam will officiate. Funeral services will be held in Glen Burnie, Md. on Sunday Jan 30 at 2 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Parish Center Chapel, off Dorsey Rd., with the Pastor Jonathan Lee officiating.

Mrs Tomison is survived by four children, Julie McManus of Yorkshire, England, Mark Darrah and his wife Lisa of Centreville, Md., Jude Darrah of Glen Burnie and Adam Darrah of Baltimore, Md.; a sister, Elaine Margaret Tomison of England; a brother, Michael John Tomison of England and six grandchildren.
