Carlton Lee Smith, 45, husband of Angela Romo Smith and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at his residence. A native of Exmore, he was the son of Isaac L. Christian of Exmore and Barbara Smith West and her husband, John, of Exmore. He was a United States Marine Veteran and employee of A.N.E.C.
In addition to his parents and loving wife, he is survived by five children, Sarita Smith of Exmore, Clarise Smith of Exmore, C.J. Smith of Nassawadox, VA, Julio Castillo, Jr. of Exmore, Anthony Castillo of Exmore and a brother, Irving Eugene Custis of Delaware.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be conducted Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Cape Charles Cemetery with Dr. Charles Peterson officiating. Flowers will be accepted.
