Carl Thomas Booker

Carl Thomas Booker, 57, husband of Kit Willis Booker and a resident of Newport News, VA, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News. A native of Cheriton, VA, he was the son of Cornelia Lewis Booker of Cheriton and the late Charles M. Booker, Jr. He was a retired Lt. Col. in the United States Air Force. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Justin C. Booker of Newport News, Brian E. Booker and his wife, Stephanie, of Cincinnati, OH; one sister, Sandra B. Lewis and her husband, David, of Cape Charles, VA; two brothers, H. Fred Lloyd and his wife, Sharon, of Machipongo, VA, Ronald Booker and his wife, Sarah, of Fernandina Beach, FL; two grandsons, Kaiden Booker and Mason Booker, both of Cincinnati. A celebration of life service will be conducted Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Cheriton United Methodist Church with Reverend Patricia Money officiating.
