C. Franklin Hill

Mr. Carol Franklin Hill, 59, better known as Frankie, of Portsmouth, formerly of Exmore, Virginia, passed away Monday, November 27, 2006 at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth. A native of Nassawadox, he was the son of the late William Edward Hill and the late Grace Etta Kelly Hill. He was predeceased by Marion and Elizabeth Hill, his uncle and aunt who raised him. He was employed by Meeks Disposal Service in Portsmouth. He is survived by two sons, Kenneth Lee Hill and his wife Sheila of Melfa, Va., Mark Spencer Hill and his wife Christine of Belle Haven, Va.; a brother, William Hill and his wife Nancy of Oak Hall, Va.; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 1st at 2:00 PM from the graveside of Capeville Masonic Cemetery with Mr. Kemmie Dize officiating.
