Charles Franklin “Bud” Parks, Jr., 88, a resident of Salisbury, MD, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at his residence. A native of Exmore, VA, he was the son of the late Charles Franklin Parks and the late Edith Tilghman Parks. He was a retired meatcutter, salesman, and member of Exmore Baptist Church.

He is survived by a sister, Patricia Chick and her husband Don; a niece, Bonnie Winslow and her husband, T.P.; four great nieces and nephews, Ryan Winslow and his wife, Anna, Ashley Miller and her husband, Jared, Nikki Wallace, and Amber Luff and her husband, Joey. He was predeceased by a nephew, Stephen Wallace.

A graveside service will be conducted Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 3:00PM at Belle Haven Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Charles Peterson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Exmore Baptist Church, 11624 Occohannock Neck Road, Exmore, Virginia 23350.
