Brian Paul Barban, 57, husband of Deborah L. Barban and a resident of Eastville, VA, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Cape Charles, Va, he was the son of the late Stanley L. Barban and the late Fern Copenhaver Barban. Mr. Barban was a Quality Control Inspector for HRV.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two step-children, Michael Maddox and his wife, Bobbie, of Eastville, Christina M. Buske and her husband, Paul, of Springfield, MO; a sister, Valerie B. Travis and her husband, Butch, of Cape Charles; a brother, Kim S. Barban and his wife, Kate, of Nassawadox; six step-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Nathan, Adam and Spencer Travis, David and Phillip Barban, Sarah and Josh Barban, Mollie, Reid and Parker Travis. He was predeceased by his brother, Dr. Mark David Barban.
A celebration of life service will be conducted Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Cape Charles Christian School, 237 Tazewell Ave., Cape Charles with Reverend Jeff Conrow officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.P.C.A. Animal Shelter, PO Box 164, Onley, VA 23418.
