Billy Parks

William Charles Parks, better known as Billy, 48, son of Lorraine Dise Parks and the late William James Parks and a resident of Quinby, VA, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at Virginia Commonwealth University Hospital.  He was a waterman.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three children, Jacob, Justin and Ava; his brother Jon; and sister, Leslie.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 11:00AM at Doughty Funeral Home with Pastor Jonathan Carpenter officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
