Billie Bumgarner

Billie Sharron Pusey Bumgarner, 74, a resident of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Sentara Leigh Hospital, Norfolk, VA. A native of Capeville, VA she was the daughter of the late Scott Ralph Pusey, Jr. and the late Violet Lee Nottingham Pusey. She was retired from Avis Car Rentals and a member of Lower Northampton Baptist Church.

Billie is survived by her sister, Sherry P. Latimer and her husband, Larry T. Latimer, of Kiptopeke, and a nephew, Benjamin Scott Latimer of Virginia Beach.
