Betty Belle Bundick Sturgis

Mrs. Betty Belle Bundick Sturgis, 78, wife of the late Edward Cecil Sturgis, and a resident of Davis Wharf, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2007 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox. A native of Painter, she was the daughter of the late Milton James Bundick and the late Blanche Hyslop Spence Bundick. She was a member of Craddockville United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Todd Sturgis and his wife Kathy of Scarboroughs Neck and Ted Sturgis and his wife Leah of Craddockville, Va.; two sisters, Eileen Mears of Norfolk, Va., Rebecca Ashby of Belle Haven, Va.; three grandchildren, Drew Sturgis of Scarboroughs Neck, Chase and Courtney Sturgis of Craddockville. She was predeceased by a brother, Forrest Bundick. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 4th at 7:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with the Rev. Kenneth T.
