Betty Bailey

Betty Bell Bailey, 80, wife of the late Ronald Page Bailey, Sr. and a resident of Seaview, VA, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at her residence. A native of Cape Charles, VA, she was the daughter of the late George Edward Bell and the late Aline Spencer Bell. She was the organist for Trinity United Methodist Church and Capeville United Methodist Church, Past Grand Organist for Virginia Order of the Eastern Star, Past Worthy Matron and member of Northampton Chapter #2 Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She is survived by two children, Hollye B. Carpenter of Seaview, Ronald P. Bailey, Jr. and his wife, Patty, of Seaview and two grandchildren, Taryn Bailey of Virginia Beach, VA and Ashley Carpenter of Seaview. To honor her wishes, no public services will be held.
